Client Success Specialist

The Client Success Specialist will be responsible for promoting and growing the ClarityRx brand by driving sales and providing the highest level of customer service to our customers. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be entrepreneurial, competitive in nature, and a creative thinker with an engaging personality, who represents the ClarityRx brand in a professional and customer-centric manner. This position requires someone who is naturally quick thinking, confident at overcoming objections and solutions-oriented. The Client Success Specialist should be passionate about sales, upselling and driving revenue.
Position requires a licensed aesthetician with a strong knowledge of the medical and aesthetic industry and the business of medical practices, med/day spas, salons, and independent skincare professionals. A high level of productivity will be required on a daily basis. Being proficient with technology is a must. ClarityRx is growing rapidly and therefore this position will require someone who embraces and adapts to change quickly.
· Increase ClarityRx product knowledge for new and existing customers
· Achieve sales goals and business objectives as directed
· Offer helpful solutions and providing a superior, delightful customer experience
· Place orders with 100% accuracy
· Identify areas of opportunity with customers and go out of the way to meet their needs
· Coordinate and Schedule educators for site education
