The bottle warned about redness and after about a month of use, red spots showed up on my cheeks and nose. I stopped using it and the spots slowly went away,

So disappointed in the change of ingredients. No longer “plant based” or any different from any brands. This cleanser now contains a bunch of sulfates & hormone disrupters like phenoxyethanol and others, crappy preservatives like Ethylhexylglycerin & citric acid as well. It smells of lye. Bring back the old simple few ingredient formulation, cause this is so contradicting and flat out deceiving. Take “plant based” out of your slogan or no longer advertise as a clean brand. This is no longer a real vitamin cleanser. If it’s not broke don’t fix it. Some consumers probably complained the old formulation didn’t lather well, but it did if you knew how to use the product. It used to smell amazing. It used to be plant based. It used to have like 4-5 ingredients. If you’re trying to conceive please stay away.

Although I like the cleanser very much, I don’t like not being able to use my reward points with another promo that happens to be going on at the same time I order. If I spent the money, I earned the points and should be able to use them whenever I shop. Somehow doesn’t seem quite right to me.

I love the way it's improved! There is so much more lather.

I have been using this cleanser for years and I like how light it is and it does not make my skin feel “stretched” and dry after.
However the scent has changed and I do not care for it. It is a bummer because the former scent was one of the things I liked most!
Because of my sensitivity to smell, I will not be purchasing again.
